Over 20 years of technical expertise in Human Resources Management and Financial Controls at the corporate, division, and plant level in the United States and International operations. He was employed with Searle Pharmaceuticals, Monsanto, Tenneco Inc. and Ford Motor Company. Ron has managed company start-ups and plant closings, three major recruiting expansions, and designed and directed organizational realignments, reduction-in-force and culture change.
In 1997, Ron Moskal started his own company, The HR Project Group, which provides staffing and Human Resources consulting services to small, emerging, and established organizations in diverse fields including pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare, biotechnology, automotive, and office products.
Clients include: Horizon Pharmaceuticals, Watson Pharmaceuticals, Automed Technologies, Abbott Laboratories, Pharmerica, Solvay, ICOS, Sirius Laboratories, Hewett Associates, Deloitte Consulting, Hollister Inc., Amgen, UNIMED and Del Medical. Ron represents owners on site with investment groups and realtors.
